The Field Community Hall is the main location for events that are organized by the Field Recreation Advisory Association. The Field Community Hall can also be rented by the public for special events.

Happy Hour Yoga

This class is a creative flow-style practice that encourages exploration, laughter and play. Each class will focus on a particular area of the body - the hips, core, shoulders, neck, legs - and will intelligently integrate techniques for body awareness, mindfulness and overall well-being. We will practice some focused stretching, learn about functional anatomy, practice self-massage, and develop better movements habits. We will also learn and practice traditional yoga poses, breath work and meditation.

All levels are welcome from beginner to experienced practitioner. Safe, accessible modifications will be offered for each body.
